Mom's Night Out - Running Clinic

Let's head to Runner's High in Freehold for a fun running clinic. Don't worry...we aren't running the entire time. We will already have our first 5K under our belt and preparing for our future races. The staff would like to share with us proper running form, practice proper technique and complete some drills to improve our running. We will also be trying on various running shoes and enjoying some refreshments courtesy of Runner's High. *Dress in your workout gear.
