Brando’s was founded by a heartfelt Brooklyn-born chef who uses many of his family's traditional recipes in his menu. Self-described as a "true Osteria," Brando's emphasizes hospitality and warmth in every element, from atmosphere to service to each dish. Sometimes simple and rustic, sometimes elaborate, all of their dishes start with the freshest ingredients and are cooked “alla minute,” which translates to “cooked to order.”
